What happens when you try to place a ladder in an item frame?

the problem appears to be my texture pack (sphax) not showing the ladder, it seems that it works I just can't see it.

^ tested it with him, I could see the ladder fine, plus I tested it yesterday and it worked.

Texture pack issue. Talked with cave in game and resolved it.
