When did you join Meepcraft? I joined back in 2012 (Not sure which month, but it was during the summer), I stopped playing and only played periodically. About seven months ago I started playing again.

I was here in 2012, and I honestly never saw your nametag while playing. (You may not have recognized me, but I have played since September 2012, I just have a name change.) Either you're lying, or you just viewed the server for a little while, quit for at least 1-2 years then came back.
Introduction: Hello, my name is Tony. I am an indie game developer, (I program in C++ if you were wondering). I live in Billings, Montana, this is a small town relative to most cities but the biggest in Montana. I love MeepCraft, all day I think about playing and helping people out at school. I am pretty good at architecture, (I am currently building for evilalec555 and LittleLocky). I am active in-game, but not as much on the forums, but I am trying to change that. Many times people have told me I am too generous. Many of you may know me as skibble0_. I own a town and love helping build their houses and getting them supplies.

I really, really liked this introduction. You introduced yourself to the people viewing this application ATM, and I'm really glad that you actually didn't say much about Minecraft, like "My friends showed me this game and I started playing" or "I came back from a long break, so hi there".
Why should you be Helper? Typically I see in these forms that people say that they "love to help people". I do too, but that's not a way to completely say it. I love helping people to the point that sometimes I give away a lot of money, (I donated 200k to LegendaryMel to get a rank, she spent most of it buy is working on it). I also gave ~150k to a random person who said they wanted a town. My life isn't so great, but this server helps. It's friendly community is something rarely seen. I feel that by helping people out on MeepCraft, I feel a little better about myself. I often help people out by answering questions in chat, give them info about where to go and get supplies ect., and I sell stuff for cheap. I know you may read this and pass by it as if it is a typical form but please take the time to consider. I have many references, most people know who I am, (in-game at least), and can tell you that I am kind and caring. I have a really good understanding of the rules and guidelines. I have the time to help people thoroughly and I am on at very unusually late times. I am on when little to no staff is on. I feel that it might be helpful to have me on as staff at this time. The only thing that made me look at this section and go "Why?" is because of the last sentence. You COULD'VE put that in the 'Extra Info' section, but eh. I also liked this part as well. You explained certain aspects on Why you should be helper and you put much detail into that. I appreciate that.
What are your weaknesses? I am too generous/nice (sometimes). I am a bad gambler.

Now, this part is where most players confuse 'weaknesses' with 'pet peeves' or any in-game issues you have. You can be 'too' generous/nice as long as you need to, but don't be so gentle with rule breaking players, like saying "If I catch you again, I will temp-ban you" or something along those lines. Gambling basically died in this server, since /dice was taken away, but I never really see you gamble.
Don't actually edit this into your application just yet, but you could've added weaknesses that you knew about, like immaturity, activity, behavioral issues, etc.
Overall, this application was really great. You have potential!
