I loged in and my items weren't there. I need a refund, i got killed only in kitpvp. That took me a whole abandoned town to get. God axes, swords, bows, armor. I can't lose all that, thats unfair.

You need to have proof of your items lost, and you need to be specific in 'god' axes, swords, bows, and armor. The only thing I think of about 'god' items is being unbreakable. And if you lost your items from dying in KitPVP, I don't see a refund for this.
You also need to be specific on where your items were. If they were in your town on your plot, and you have assistants+, you need to get a staff member to prism your chests.
