Bug: Health Pots not working

Summary of Bug: Well i was in pvp today when Legendcaleb Miku Moferator and another mod was in pvp complaining about something they told me to go out and did something to damage pots but apperently it effected Heal pots to... so that kinda messed up pvp....

Additional information: pvp is ruined if this doesnt get fixed (well for me and my other buddies that god pvp)OH evidence of bug is going and looking in pvp and having someone hit u and use a heal pot..
