Hello, I would like to make a suggestion for the in-game "Experience Levels". It it pretty difficult to obtain XP on this particular server, unless you have a Mob Grinder in a town, or by wasting your time collecting it from mining or by murdering mobs. So, I came up with an idea that would be quite helpful for the players on the server! My idea is that players should be able to store their current XP levels in chests/bottles. This would not only allow players to be able to enchant faster, but it would also be trade-able! The only downside of this is that XP would become less valuable, but this is just my opinion!

-1 This has already been suggested in the past, and I think it was dented. Xp is already rather worthless since on this server there are many grinders throughout the server which you get use to get level 30 in under a minute, which in this current version can enchant up to 10 items as opposed to 1 item in previous versions. My major problem with this is that I see it being a hassle for players to go out and buy xp, when they can go to a grinder and easily get xp there.

I've seen people asking to buy enchanted items specifically because they didn't have enough XP to enchant one themselves, and didn't want to use the time to use a grinder. Honestly, most of the economy revolves around the notion of buying things we all could acquire or build for ourselves.

I get wayyyy more XP than I need, and if someone wants to pay for some of it, I'm certainly willing to sell it.

+1 I hate grinding and lag too much around my own grinders lol. I'd much rather be able to buy XP and have the option to bottle my own.

+1 Although this has been suggested in the past, I think this really is a good idea! It allows for less lag from grinders, allows players to sell their excess xp, helps give newer players an advantage, and helps more money circulate through the economy!

Grinders won't work since they nerfed mobs able to swim in water. It apparently causes "lag".

Tbh, if they un-nerfed mobs swimming in water, then grinding would be much easier. I used to go to this one player town with a huge grinder. They allowed access to everyone, so I went there and made my enchanted books and whatnot.
I like this idea, but for now, I'm at +/-.

As said before, grinders are pretty easy. There's no "earning" happening while you whack at mobs falling quickly while enjoying complete safety.

This is an economy server, so if someone has something of value, and someone else is willing to buy it, that belongs in an economy.

^ This is perfect. If I want to spend my money on buying XP rather than wasting 30 minutes trying to grind (it takes that long because I lag out hardcore at almost any grinder) than I should be able to.

Those that want to use a grinder rather than spending money will still be able to do so. People can even make that their base income; they grind all day and can bottle every 30 XP for sale. Seems like a win-win situation to me.

I don't think grinders are nerfed. The ability for mobs to swim might be nerfed but that doesn't mean grinders are.. I own 4 different grinder are they all work properly because they dont involve mobs having to swim through water. The mobs simply get pushed into a center hole by the water and it's super space efficient. There's no need for crazy grinder designs that involve mobs having to swim.

I own 4 different grinder are they all work properly because they dont involve mobs having to swim through water. The mobs simply get pushed into a center hole by the water and it's super space efficient. There's no need for crazy grinder designs that involve mobs having to swim.

Well from what I've seen, since Fuzzlr added that mob cap if it gets too laggy, it gets rid of all the mobs in a big grinder within 20 seconds.
