Introduction: Mostly everyone here already knows me, but in case you don’t here we go. I’m PuckMiner and I have been playing MeepCraft forever now. I joined in 2012 and have seen the server go through a lot. I was staff for about 7 months in 2013-2014. Outside of MeepCraft I play many sports. I love to play hockey and baseball. I enjoy building huge builds and redstone in minecraft. One of my latest projects was a 15 plot mansion. I’m a sophomore in high school and a straight A student. I enjoy math especially. Math is my strong suit in school. That’s a little bit about me!
Why should you be Helper? One of my best qualities is experience. I was staff previously for a pretty long time. I realize that the server has switched from Hawkeye to Prism so I don’t know the commands, but the concept is still the same. In my prior time as staff I learned how to deal with any situation that presented itself to me. This is a key component for a staff member to have.
I am also a very mature person. I take pride in my grammar and communication skills. I can handle any situation with a cool and level head. Patience goes hand in hand with maturity. One of my favorite quotes is “Patience is key young grasshopper”, I feel that I’m a very patient person and almost never lose my temper.
I love to help people whenever I get the chance. Whether it is in the real world or meepcraft, you can always count on me for help. Through sports I have learned the qualities of a great leader. In sports you are always faced with adversity and when the time comes you either push through it or break. I always look for that moment of adversity and thrive in it. I have owned many towns and always have done my best to help every town member out in any way possible.
The staff team is definitely headed in the right direction and I want to be a part of it. Like the great soccer player Mia Hamm, once said “I am a member of a team, and I rely on the team, I defer to it and sacrifice for it, because the team, not the individual, is the ultimate champion.”
What are your weaknesses? I’m not too terribly active on forums. Some people basically live on forums, but that’s not me. Another weakness is I am still old fashioned. I’m used to the way staff used to run and I’m sure it is different now. Finally, if I want something, I’m very persistent until it happens. This can be good and bad. However, I notice the bad more. I have been working on this though because I know it could be an issue at times.
