-1 I really, really, REALLY want to know a helper and recently I've had issues with this promoting of unknown people.
But toward you, I don't know you well at all. Never really saw you IG nor on the forums...

+1 for what I've seen in game and the application. Really cool guy in-game and I see him helping out a lot.
The only things I'd change are:
-Your thoughts on doing modreqs so others don't have to. Everyone on the team should contribute no matter what. The trick is learning to balance it out. (This is awks for me to say since I don't do modreqs unless no one else is on to do them).
-Increase forum + Teamspeak activity(this doesn't mean spam posts/posting on everything just for the post)

Keep on enjoying the game that you love so much while getting rid of those who ruin it for others.

OT:

Only comment on applications if you have relevant information regarding a specific user and their application.

Deleting all the "-1" posts that have no input added on.

Although that's not saying much if he's only well known on the server.

Edit: If it eas based only on current forum activity, I'd give you a -1. However I believe I have seen you before, so your story checks out.

Not to mentoon the app was remarkable and your replies were very mature.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say +1.

I see you a lot in-game and on teamspeak, which is one of the requirements on becoming helper, but your forum activity is also a requirement. Since you are a "member" right now, that is quite fine and won't really affect much, good luck to you.

Also, for the guys who type "-1" for no apparent reason, should delete their post or add a reason to it. As Slick's post showing the quote by Cooleysworld says that you should have a reason. It is very annoying to see people type "-1" for no reason, and if you never heard of Ham, then you have a problem with your ig activity.

I have seen you a lot in game and on TS. each time it has been positive. I have seen many times you helping in /shout, on TeamSpeak and in general. I think that when issues arise you always seem to stay relaxed and not let things cause raging situation. I agree forum activity is a huge part of being on staff, but I think with all the positives regarding you it wont take long for you to turn that around.
