Bug: plot set perm info

Date of Bug: 20.10.15
Summary of Bug: when typing /plot set perm there's a white tip thing at the bottom (see picture). it reads: use 'friend instead of ??? for plot permissions' where the ??? is just not there! I'm going to assume that meant to say /p.

Additional information: i've tried this on multiple texture packs and it still happens. i'm using english. should be easy to fix.
