If /fw was reduced then "fireworks" will be even more worthless then they already are.

We don't want the whole server to lag to very colorful skies filled with rainbow particles.

You don't have to be rude either, she probably meant that what it did was self explanatory.

At least give it 5-6 seconds, I think thats more than enough time for a cool down...

what about this. Default time for /fw will be 10 seconds. and on new years it will ne reduced to 5. sound like a good idea?

This is denied, if you want to bypass this feature just go buy fireworks.
