Bug: Can't connect to server but i did couple days ago

Summary of Bug: Hey there, maybe someone can help me in here. I was playing on Your server as Crisperek. 3 days ago when i wanted to go on server there is a message on server list "can't connect to server" and when i tried to connect in force appear "Connecting to the server" Nothing realy works for me, reinstalling MC without any mods, restarting PC, MC, adding new port (80) to the rules of the firewall. Like I typed in jubject i was playing on server and the last thing i remember that i was on the Spawn.
Ok its definetly not the Windows Firewall i have turned it off completelly and still cant find your server on the MC list in game (ofcourse i'm puting meepcraft.com). It is not the antivirus also (Kaspersky) i've turned it off and still cannot find the server. When I'm entering on server list the icon in the top right corner shows 5 columns with searching the server but after couple seconds message appears that "Can't connect to the server"
Today i have been trying to ping the server in the cmd by typing "ping -t meepcraft.com" i hope that ip is correct 31.220.13.131 but I'm getting the message that "the time has passed for demmanding (or something like this :P) also i can see other servers in my MC list and I can enter on them and its nothing worng. The problem is only with Meepcraft.com
