You're obviously not getting your rank because you aren't showing a screenshot of your receipt. It's extremely easy to take a screenshot. Idk how on a mac, but if you're on windows hold down the 'PrtScr' button, it will past it to your clipboard. Use paint or imgur to convert it to a file and paste it here.
You can use Gyazo on either system, and it takes a full screenshot.
