They are marketing it with youtubers who have a younger and less mature obvious. This server's minigames shouldn't be the selling point. HG is average and ctf is awful. These people's audiences have no idea what taxes are nor towny in general. If this is for donations, it's not like these kids are gonna donate after playing a few rounds of HG for perks that are towny oriented.

The idea is to publicize the server. To get them to join the server. Once they get here, then the story changes.
Fuzzlr explained in the town hall meeting not long ago that players don't really look for towny worlds when they look for a server. A lot of it is based off the mini-games you can play there when bored and such.
Just a thought : If Preston did a video on him building a town, do you think many of his followers would join the server, earn 200 000 meebles, find a spot to make a town, create the town and start building it because Preston did it? Would they even find it enjoyable?
It is just not something enjoyable to watch do in my opinion.
