Rank scamming means that the person must've taken the meebles from the client (with the clients consent), meaning that the rank seller is committing to buy a rank for the client when he/she receives the meebles, but if the rank seller does not buy the rank after receiving the meebles; That is what is considered rank scamming (Correct me if I'm wrong)
