Enderman Kit

It's really annoying how much you guys nerfed enderman kit. Half of the time my compass doesn't work, and you can't kill anyone if you use the enderman kit, because you are then at a 10 times bigger disadvantage then with any other kit.

Suggestion: Make it so enderman kit spawns with one less heart than usual, and remove the enderpearl damage.

The enderman kit is useless with enderpearl damage because if you want to get to someone you are dead before you get there.

Make the enderpearl have a cool down of like 5 - 10 seconds and make it without the teleport damage. I'm sure that will balance this kit and make it more playable.

To be fair, it IS op as it is with enderpearls, but they are basically useless if half your heart is gone by the time you reach the human. I say no pearl damage and maybe only 3 pearls.

the enderman kit is fine
It will be impossible to get to the high places in time for the last human with all the other kits
example: the trees in base
example: the really high tree in airport
