/nv for premium and above, other than /dis correct me if I'm wrong there aren't any practical commands worth the $10 upgrade so moving /nv from elite to premium would be good

/feed is a premium command, as well as /dis, /craft, a new /effect, minigame multipliars...
/nv is a very good perk and should be an incentive to donate to a higher rank.

/kit vip, /kit premium etc were each one would give you stuff like meebles resources armor food and more, the would be used once a day.

Or you could just work for items, it's not hard, you have to actually try.
/workbech for vip and above like premium other than /tpahere vip isn't all worth $10 more like $5 so even though it's not a huge perk it's still very helpful

Vip has /chest, /back, /tpahere, /effect, minigame multipliers, ability to own nations and use donor spawn, and more.
again, /craft is a good (and underrated) perk and should be an incentive to donate more.
vip could right text on sign in green then premium could write in green and blue and so on.

No, supreme perk, it's an incentive.
vip and above since vip doesn't have anyway of /feed or to eat quickly /cook would be helpful basically you have a raw pork chop in you hand and it cooks it instantly. If that was exclusive and above it wouldn't mater because they have /feed.

Getting food is extremely easy, for very cheap or for free. Free's probably easier to find than cheap.
/smelt is an ultimate command. Incentive to donate.
finnaly the ability to buy feed/fly/dis/etc notes from the donate page for $2 for 32 /feed $7 for 32 /fly $4 for 32 /dis

What I see here is a VIP hungry for perks he can't work for - if you want the perk, get the rank. Except for the donating for notes and the /echest which is already here, all of these are for making a bunch of high-level perks go all the way down to VIP which isn't that much anyways.
You want the perk. Get the rank. Perks are incentives to donate. Don't be greedy. Just donate. Buy it with meebles. Don't do stuff like this.
