Remove "must be approved by staff" thing

This applies to ban appeals, applications, and creating new forum accounts.

Let me just say - you implement something we didn't ask for. Before you start throwing analogies at me like"do the customers of McDonald's pick out the menu?" just remember that this server has to rely on & take advice from its "customers" to make the server better.

Pros:
- Might pick out a bad comment and a troll appeal once in a while.
- Helps staff moderate the server better.
- (add any more pros to this below)

Cons:
- Takes forever to get through
- Is low priority amongst the staff
- Frustrates players (like me) that want to get their message through quickly.
- (add anymore cons below)

I mean, is it really that hard just to delete the bad stuff from the forum when it's present instead of locking everyone out and creating more work for yourselves?

You are expected to go into a customer service job to get treated like utter crap, if the applicants can't take a bit of hate on their app then they are clearly not ready for staff.

But this isn't the point. The reason for adding this feature, like the staff have said many times, is because people were getting stupid, hateful comments on their applications that helped them in no ways. Discussions were being started on applications, and, even though if you are a staff you should be able to handle hate, there's no reason for it to be on staff applications.
Just be grateful that they didn't totally remove community comments.

This isn't being removed because we added it for a reason. Once the community can learn to post useful, constructive comments and stop the "No you're an idiot" ones, then well consider it.
