Bug: /trade does not working.

Summary of Bug: When you go to type /trade it does not work. Instead, it just says the persons username in the trade chat. Example : I type /trade Reggles44 , all that will happen is that it will make me say his name in trade chat.

Additional information: As you can see in the video, when you go to to type /trade, it just says the persons name in trade chat.
