Jess, you are very friendly, welcoming and warm. I feel that if you were to be accepted as staff, you would be able to handle the job correctly, and will not harm any of the permissions given to you. I mean, since you are 37 years old I am pretty sure you have been through lifes ups and downs so by that, I mean I believe you can take responsibility and do things accurate, or precise.
