Feed notes & fly notes not showing up

Hi,

I vote everyday and sometimes I get a notice that I got a feed/fly note but I've never actually gotten anything. I've taken screenshots and asked about it but nothing actually goes into my inventory (if this is how you get them ???).

Is this a bug or...?

Any help would be appreciated.

It is a bug.
You can receive them in spawn, but you don't get them anywhere else.

As Munkee said, you need to be at spawn to receive feed notes, disguise notes and fly notes. However, this is still a bug.
