is it productive to business? absolutely not, but with digital purchases and chargebacks people get hurt a lot. In standard store returns, the company gets the product back and you get your money back with every minimal loss of money, more like a loss in time. With digital, someone gets banned, and the server goes in debt. Yes, as customers there is reasonable expectation, but this isn't the average business, so all im suggesting is just some time to relax and let me bring it up to the higher ups.

I completely understand your point of view, and I don't fault you, or anyone in particular. However, a business does not take into account personal feelings, and it should not be unreasonable for a customer who has not gotten their goods, or a reply within a week to actually demand a service they indeed pay for.
This wasn't a rant, or to bash anyone, but the honest truth - Customers sometimes have to get loud and boisterous before they get what they are seekings, from any number of companies. This company is no different, if I was in Summrs position, I would have been far less cordial about the resolution. You have my money, give me my product now.
This is not a store return, this is paying for a product and not receiving it - not because he had error, but because of an issue on the companies end. The type of business this is isn't a factor, and I maintain that anger is the best course of action, because it gives great incentive to fix a mechanism that is broke, rather than complacent patience.
You are doing your job satisfactorily in this situation, it's the people who receive Summrs' money that should be scrambling to make sure that the customer gets their product.
A chargeback is not the burden of the customer in this situation, it would directly be a result from the companies negligence, thus rightfully earned. As someone who has invested a decent amount of money (not as much as some), and time, I disdain chargebacks too, for the wrong reasons. But until someone gets angry and actually holds from accountability on this subject, I suspect that faulty donations and length assistance times will be common, unfortunately.
You (MeepCraft) took his money, there is absolutely no excuse he's waited 9 days for a reply on his purchase, those are the kinds of things a failing business does, and I cannot, nor do I, believe MeepCraft is a failing business.
