lost item due to dungeon bug

i did /warp dungeon and then i was teleported to a void and i died...lost my maxed armour and picks.i was able to replicate the bug after i died.I was wondering if i could be refund.http://imgur.com/bYwsIMM
this shows me using /warp dungeon then tping to the void its not lag

the god armour set would be 18k and the maxed silk should be 8k so 26k
