Bug: Too much lag in /hg

Date of Bug: Beggining of August (at leat from what i´ve noticed)
Summary of Bug: Lately i´ve been playing a lot of /hg, but I get this horrible lag spikes that prevent players from playing the game correctly. I don´t know if its just my mexican internet (xD) or something about the server. Please look into it if you can guys :D
Evidence of Bug:
Additional information: Many players have complained about the problem at the same time i do. I have been also accused of hacking because of the lag because i "teleport and insta-kill them". Its not as important to file a /modreq, but really matters to me.
