I lost alot due to glitch plz help

Hi I have been directed here by a helper. My in game name is MoonBac0n and I had bought a new viliger pet and some god armor and I jumped into the dungeon and it teleported me to the void and I lost it all I would very much apriciate it u would refund me.

Ps: I can even tell you where I got my armor I got it at /pwarp eshop

You jumped into the centrum which means you took the risk. Somehow, something tagged you in combat and you lost what you had in your inventory when you fell into the void.
They don't refund this kind of stuff, sorry.

No I had jumped in and first second it threw me in to the void I tried it after I lost my stuff and it happened within the first seconds that I am invincible

I checked the logs and found your MULTIPLE deaths over and over and over. None show that you died in "void" which is actually below the dungeon and not the void. All your deaths were due to pvp or mobs. Considering how many times you have died in the dungeon, why would you take a villager pet egg with you? Doesn't seem right. We can not refund this without actual proof. Sorry.
