Introduction:
Hi I am lespauls19 (Ian). I am a super minecraft geek. I love programming and coding and am currently in my senior year of high school looking for engineering colleges to go into where I will major in software engineering. As minecraft and coding are 2 of my largest passions, my interactions with them go hand in hand. I love coding minecraft plugins and have some experience with that as I have owned my own server where I used some of my custom plugins. Meepcraft is one my favorite servers as the economy is more stable than most and the community is generally friendly. I consider myself a very nice kind person who is always open to feedback about how to make myself a better more responsible young adult.
Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod ?Having been in 4-H (still am) as a mentor for a little 4-H club I have learned a lot about how to lead and keep people (middle schoolers in my case) in line. My personal pet peeve is servers where people can get away with anything without repercussions of their actions. Because Meepcraft has zero-tolerance on rule breakers I feel like I can perform the duties required as I myself am a no nonsense kind of person. Lastly the thing I will strive for is to help as many new members as I can. Meepcraft is constantly growing with new players, and in my opinion every single new player needs to be welcomed on a big server like meepcraft, with the warmth and friendliness of a little home-operated server. A new player shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a question to staff to get answered (modreq).
Weaknesses:
I can get pretty deep into the game itself and forget about my duties. This is something I am working on. I also can get impatient with people when I have to repeat something many times. Also something I am working on.
Conclusion:
I am a friendly nerdy Programmer who is very good at leading people and being constructive and would like to help make meepcraft a fun place not only for the Meep Vets but also for the new players of meepcraft. :)
