At 10 kills the terrarium announces it cross server that you have a killstreak of 10 and a bounty of 3000 meebles. This continues every 5 kills and keeps announcing it cross server. However once you reach 65, and consecutive 5 kills, don't announce it cross server, and you no longer have any bounty.
