Most people know how old they are and that's where this is clearly troll app right off the bat. Just put your age. If you don't want to do that, day-month-year you were born. If you'd prefer to keep it confidential, then say you'd rather not share that and that staff can msg you if they'd like, but not trusting us with something as simple as your age makes it difficult for us to trust you with perms to the server.

You need to have teamspeak for your staff interview. Not having teamspeak is generally an automatic denial, but either way, more fillers after "no".

.. okay. When you put references, they need to have approved you putting them down. Also, don't just put people who "liek" you. Put down names of people whom you know would be good for staff to contact if they have questions about you or anything.

I can't say much here but once again work on your grammar and don't use too many fillers; though if anything this is the place to do it. We all have people who don't like us for any good reason. 7 billion people in the world; you can't satisfy them all. Also, "I am gud at evrything n stuff" - 1, don't say "stuff" 2, nobody is perfect. This makes you look very ignorant. Are you impatient? Do you loose your temper easily? Is your grammar really, really, bad? Anything. Does your internet occasionally cut out on you or something? Then put ways you're trying to improve on these weaknesses.
