I'm not saying you haven't I'm just saying there is no option to have the forums check if you have ever had the rank. All it does is check if you currently have the rank and if you do it gives you the trophy.

I thought of a thing today
You can just add people that request this trophy given to them (assuming t hey are actually eligible) to the staff list
and you can just make them a staff member till they get the trophy
and take it back off
max 5 minute process
