Due to recent events in meep, I have decided to sell/auction my small town of Epic. It is a very small town with around four residents in it. However it has it's own netherwart, wheat, potato and shell of a grinder.

Taxes set to 2%
Fully functioning enchanting area, will keep items in shops while removing signs.

Auction will start at 215k, 200k for the new town + the 15k that will be left in the town bank. Buyout will be at 315k. Bid increments are 5k.
