Bug: Didn't get feed note

Date of Bug: August 6th 2015
Summary of Bug: I voted and in chat it said I had won a feed note. I had an empty inventory and it didn't show up. About a minute later an Elite (I believe it was awesome3180, don't quote me on that) msg'd me asking if I got a feed note, so I said no. He replied saying that he didn't get one either. I don't know if this is an on-going bug, or the first cases.
