What really needs to get an upgrade is the shop. It has a very poor selection of items, and even if you donate you don't get access to enough of them... I believe that there should be more products and the priority would be to allow to sell more of them, such as farming products. The farmer job is too weak just because we cannot sell farming products and the /sell command is too slow and not the most comfortable in use. After allowing to sell farming products, there should of course be more items added. My list of the most important missing items: Hardened Clay, Glass, Wool and nether stars. What is your opinion?
