Introduction: Hey there! I am Dylan, I have been playing meepcraft for a bit over a year now. I am very easy going with people and really social, especially when an important situation in life occurs. I love to play video games, watch anime, and spend time with friends and family which is my top priority in life.

Why should you be Helper? I feel like I would make a great helper because I've been through a lot of situations in where my friends need me in life and I always gave them support or my input on the situation and it usually really helps them out. I feel like if I could do the same but within a community, especially with new people always showing up then I would be glad to help out in any way possible.

I have also done a lot of counseling with other students back when I was in high school. Me counseling them not me. It helped a couple of students in their future that I still talk to the odd time even now to this day.

What are your weaknesses? I can be a bit scattered-brained and get off task but I know that wouldn't effect being a helper. I can shut off any distractions that may keep me off task until I finish dealing with the situation. I am also not the best writer or at formatting even. I passed all of my courses in high school, just it probably is one of my bigger weaknesses that I want to fix. The best I can do is either re-read everything before I send any message but it's somethng that I feel like it's not 100% fixable.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I also have skype or curse voice if it's easier to get in contact with. I personally don't use teamspeak unless needed to. I have a lot of normal minecraft knowledge and even certain plugins that exist for minecraft servers.

+You put honesty into your app
+Potential
+/-App needed to be longer than it is (Slight weakness)
-Never seen you anywhere (Don't think so at least, could be timezones)
-Surely you have more weaknesses?

My advice: Take in whatever else everyone says and improve on what they say, or get more active with the community itself In-Game, on Teamspeak and the Forums; Then help out elsewhere on the server (preferably /shout) and you might have a good shot :)

You have potential, but the at the moment you need to give it more time for improvement :p

Thank you for your criticism, every comment helps me out since this is my first time doing this sort of thing. I felt like I didn't want to write too much but anything that I didn't get to add I would include in the interview if it gets that far. I am in eastern time zone so it's possible, i've been on global quite a few times and meeting new people. It's also possible we could just keep missing each other off chance or time zones even. I am sure I have more weakness but probably nothing too major if I can't think of anymore. Either way thank you so much! I do keep trying to help new players and old ones too whenever I can. :)

Thanks for your feedback everyone. I'll just state I haven't seen any of you either, it's possible it could be a time zone thing too. Regardless that shouldn't matter, I am always keeping an eye on global whether I am actually speaking on it or not. Also I did not state many reasons because just like a resume, you don't go on stating every single reason, you save it for the interview.

This is a very, very good start for an intro. I'd say open up a little more, but this is pretty awesome as-is for an intro.

Again, a good start. You should really try and convince me. WHY are you better than any other applicant? Why should I give you a +1?
I'm looking for a good, solid why, full of reasons and examples, full of content. Imo, the why should be 2-3 paragraphs or longer, and contain at least 3 good solid reasons.

Again, good. If it won't affect your being helper, why list it? we're looking for things that would make you not-so-good for the job, and how you're working to improve on said things.

This application is one of the better ones I've seen recently. It needs work, yes, but it's a very good start. Good job on that.

Your activity isn't that great. You've made lots of posts of the past day, then it goes back to the 18 for a few posts. After that it goes alllll the way back to mid-January. You should be on the forums and post bit and be active on it, at least a few times a day.
Teamspeak - It's good that you have TS, but you should also be active on it. You should be able to be there in case anyone has questions, plus it's good to bond with the community in general here.

Thank you for the feedback. I have taking a break these past months this year due to irl problems that was going on so I wasn't fully active in the meep community then. I've been trying to whenever I can when I feel the need to include myself.
For helping people, the past couple of days i've been asking in global if anyone needed any help, a few people did so I helped them one(one person had a plot issue where they started a town and they built a house on 2 plots but I helped them fix it). Also someone was trying to sell head illegally in creative and I got a helper to deal with that issue. There is only so much one person can do but I will keep trying to include myself the best I can! Thank you again. :happy:

I do admit my grammar and writing isn't the best but I am 22, turning 23 in a month. Writing has never been my strongest suite so I guess technically that would be another weakness of mine I will add. Thank you, I actually am in the middle of job hunting, i've only had a few interviews before and I still live at home. I don't really live near many places(I live more out of the city) so it's very difficult getting to places due to not having a car or being able to afford one. I have done things though like back at high school helping out other students with any issue they had. The councilors and the school staff even knew about that. Thank you again, any feedback helps! :)

I know it technically it isn't a good thing but it's impossible seeing every single player online, not everyone is going to see me. Like I said before, it could be time zones or it could just be off timing, they might not even be that active either. Some people only play minecraft like 20 minutes a day which is barely enough time to see every user. Also not everyone is looking at chat, especially with the /gtoggle option. I do help people though, when people need help on meep, I don't /g to ask them for help, I message them directly so the shout chat doesn't get in the way so I can't really prove much else at helping others. Regardless thank you for your feedback, anything helps me improve. :D

I'll just state that age doesn't matter, there is a lot of talented old and young people out there, some people probably younger then you that are more talented. Everyone is different. Either way I have been trying my best to stay active on these forums, I used to be more active before the 1.8 update. I'll be going in game shortly so I may or may not see you there.
