Witch isn't that good, you can only really die if you get hit with a 0:30 pot. If witch only gets one pot it's much more fair..
New Map: Prison, just make the Arches make it.
Kit: Spider, cost: 300
Sharpness III String, no power ups
Instead of making the Bat on the ground, make him in the air.
New Map: Dark Ages, a temple full of traps.
Make grass and Leaves destroyable

Kit spider ability: Able to climb up vertical walls.
Remove bat completely, it's way too op and not fun playing with.
New map: let the architects make their own. (They've done a decent job so far)
No destroying, makes it way too easy to win/make it hard to get to you.
More suggestions:
9. Remove compass, doesn't work for my computer/brother's laptop, when he tried on a mac it worked.
10. Add /suicide. If you want to join the other team, or run out of enderpearls or arrows you should be able to /suicide.
11. Upgrading infected kits: Just like ranking up except it's only a small change.
Enderman:
lvl 1: 5 epearls
lvl 2: 10 epearls
lvl 3: 16 epearls
lvl 4: 16 epearls and no fall damage
lvl 5: 64 epearls no fall damage
Skeleton:
lvl 1: 16 arrows
lvl 2: 32 arrows
lvl 3: 64 arrows, punch 1 bow
lvl 4: 64 arrows, punch 2 bow
lvl 5: 1 arrow, punch 2, infinity 1 bow
Witch:
lvl 1: 1 poison pot 10 second duration
lvl 2: 1 poison pot 20 second duration
lvl 3: 2 poison pots 20 second duration
lvl 4: 2 poison pots 20 second duration. Does not take damage from grenades.
lvl 5: 2 poison pots 20 seconds long. No damage from grenades, can summon mobs once per life.
12. Mother zombie: If you are mother zombie you can not be picked as mother zombie for 1-2 rounds. (I've been mother zombie 5 games in a row, not fun!)
13. Special rounds:
PvP: Human vs. Human: you get your standard kit but you can fight other people, when you die you become infected with one life. If you die as infected you can spectate. Last human wins.
Juggernaut: 1 zombie vs everyone else. Zombie gets 5 hearts for every human in the game
and stuff like that
