Introduction: Hello everyone, most of you know my but for those who don’t, my name is Mehrad and I am 15 years old. I was part of the staff team couple weeks ago but I was demoted for using staff perms for personal use, I really don’t want to talk about it but I feel that I should tell the story and clear everything up. My friend and I own a casino and we are supposed to split the money, my friend wasn’t sure if he paid me or not and neither was I. I checked to see if any staff were on which could check the logs but it was only me and a afk staff member, so I decided to check the logs myself, I didn’t find anything under /pay logs from him so I decided to check the logs of my friend writing “BaM” and the first thing that popped up was a message that he sent my friend telling him something that he wasn’t suppose to tell since I trusted him with it (I wasn’t looking to see if my friend was talking “trash” about me, i was trying to see if they paid me) this caused a fight between my friend and I (My friend and I talked about it and we are all cool now), that night I wasn’t on and the next morning that i got on I was demoted, this story was part of why i was demoted, I also did make mistakes as being staff before so they all lead up to a demotion, after thinking about it, I agreed with the demotion and did need a break to think about the mistakes I’ve made. I feel that I am ready to be a part of the staff team again and this mistake was an experience which I learned from.
Why should you be Helper? In my time being staff, I made some mistakes and in the couple weeks that I got a break from staff I have thought about those mistakes and i am sure that I’m ready to be part of staff team again. In my time being staff, I enjoyed every single second of it and even though it was a volunteer position and didn’t receive anything from it I got paid with people’s happiness after I helped them out and as fake as that might sound, it’s true, I enjoy helping people in real life and in games, I enjoyed seeing them happy and grateful for the help. I have lots of knowledge on staff permissions so I need no training at all and with my experience being staff I can help players and new staff members. I’ve learnt my lesson on the mistakes i have done and feel that I should be giving a second chance.
What are your weaknesses? Patience is my biggest weakness, I seem to have low patience when I really want or need something or something good is about to happen. Sometimes when I’m with friends I like to mess and joke around which some might see it as being immature. The last thing is shout activity, I try to talk and have conversations with people in shout but I feel like it can improve.
