We believe that adding this destroys a lot more gameplay. One of the basic limiting factors on how fast you can sell something is how fast it can be smelted. Exclusive is the rank is need of perk additions the most and giving this to them would be very advantageous, to the point where it just isn't fair. For those reasons, this suggestion is denied. Thank you for the suggestion!
