I no longer have access to my account and have failed to reset the password. I was wondering if I got a new account would and could you guys be able to transfer my rank and all other aspects of my account consisting on meepcraft to the new one

Try contacting mojang, and have your transaction ID ready. They're reset it to whatever email you have/want to use, you'll be able to reset the pw.
Other than that, I highly highly doubt this will be done, staff haven't done rank transfers in like... over a year, and say they don't do it at all.
