Alright keeping it simple,
Whoever keeps making the /warp pvp's/centrum/terrariums needs to stop. People that don't do pvp or even care about it are making them and not putting in what the pop side of the server wants. I say that a group of pvp players should be gathered up (At will) and they should be able to decide on what they want in a terrarium and either build it or watch over it. Just to keep them happy because right now the terrariums that we have been getting aren't that spot on.
