Hey, i'm looking for a good house builder, I want a modern house built on a 16x16 plot. Depending on how good it is will depend how much I pay. I'm willing to pay up to 60k. However you must provide all your own blocks. You can either reply to this or message me in game. My IGN is Bikerghead
