if someone is spamming like steve, /mute steve then he gets bammed or something and he turns nice and you like him then you would do /unmute steve

This is actually a pretty good idea! Instead of banning players they should only get muted, for example:
Ads - Perm Mute
Spam - [time] Mute (depending on the severity of the case)
Inappropriate Content - [time] Mute (depending on the severity of the case)

I like this one ^ but only for Staff (not being biased) I wouldn't like players to have it because it is so much like /ban. That is, if its a universal mute. If its personal, then maybe. But if not, staff only.
