Advertising Signs

So you know how staff has/had the signs to auto shout things like to donate now, check out a specific warp?

Well how about we (players) had signs to advertise our goods,/pwarps and towns?

Signs would cost meebles to buy/setup, say 25-30k - to deter some spam
Signs would have a cooldown, say 30s-1min - to deter spam
Signs would maybe cost to use, say 1000 meebles - also to deter spam
Signs would be treated as spam if multiples were set up and they were spammed

I don't know specifics as in plugins and such but i think these signs would be good for people who like to get traffic to their /pwarps and want to sell goods and not want to type in every time or type in once and go through past chat entries to find something.

Edit:Changed to start up cost from 10k to 25-30k

I'm not sure I think this would be good for things like casinos but you would have to reduce the price of use to something like 200 meebles and the price to buy up to something like 30k. +1 but with a few slight changes

That is WAY to cheap. They wouldn't do it either. Also if they did add it, no one would look at it or chat anymore lol

I can't tell you the last time I actually went to spawn. Usually I just use the /warps.
This idea would be over shout.

With this idea it's to make it easier. Instead of typing it out everytime.
