So I had a thought:
Citizens don't really have a lot of info on what is happening with the server unless they go on the forums, which they might not want to do. So what if we had a news board at spawn?
It would give updates on new features being added to the game, besides things for donators. It would give updates on new games coming, new features planned, and such. It would be perfect for people who don't have forum accounts.

If people are not willing to check the forums then they won't bother to read a news board even if its at spawn. This would honestly just be wasted effort on something that is not needed. The forums are here for that and anyone can access the forums with or without an account (granted if you don't have an account you obviously cannot comment on forums).

If I was a parent, I would be nervous if my 10 year old went on a website full of teenagers...
