I don't know, I have always had mixed thoughts about this. However recently when I have seen someone on who has done something worth a kick or ban I don't know if anything is done. Should I modreq, should I report them? Privacy is important and I do feel that if someone gets banned, they should be able to keep this private. However I do also feel like people should know if someone is banned, maybe they are someone important in a town, or are being considered for some sort of (non-staff) role.
