+.5 Love The Idea But One Problem. The Nether Is A Place To Go Mine Netherrack Or Farm Gold. Not A Place To Be Able To Be Claimed. If it is able to be claimed then you could only destroy netherrack that you claim. And another problem. What happens if there is a vertical wall, then towns cant expand that way cause they cant destroy in wild. I would like this to happen but too many things can go wrong with it. Needs more info so im giving +.5

I think I got a way to fix this. I dont know if it is possible or not but have 2 nether worlds, 1 through wild and 1 through town worlds. If you are in the nether for the sole purpose of mining nether rack or kill pigman, just go through the wild but if you are going to the nether for a contraption, mini town or something of that sort, you go though the town worlds. This can allow the people who are just digging for nether rack to get it and people who are trying to make something to get it as well.
I think gold farms have been nerfed altogether since they ruined the economy, or so I've heard. Maybe you should make a suggestion to bring back gold farms.? Assuming gold farms will stay nerfed what else would claiming nether be useful for? If you could please give some other useful examples

The nether can be useful for making a house. You may say: "Worst example" but really, if you are building a temporary house there because you need to farm a bunch of nether rack or a nether wart farm, I'm pretty sure it's been proven nether warts grow faster in the nether. Overall, you should have a choice to live in the nether IMO.
