I was playing PvP and then i got ladder camped by a hacker which killed me with a cake in hand 3 heart damage on GOD armor please please I need a refund or at least get back my GOD armor and sword! :(

Okay. first off, you should report the player, whether via /modreq or in the report a player section with video proof.
Secondly, you were in a PvP arena. You took that risk. You took the risk to lose the items you had in your inventory.
the staff don't refund things like this. Not only do they not know that the player was actually a hacker, with proof, but they never refund when you die in a PvP arena.
