I think the NPC that sells heads, pets and all that other stuff should also be located in the skyblock spawn. Just like in the server's spawn, these items are solely decorative.
The prices can either be the same as in spawn or reflect the token system that I am not sure will be implemented or not.
Please comment if you see any reason for this not being implemented or see things than can be improved.
