This is a very short and simple suggestion:
Make it so that people could chat while using keyboard emojis,
Example:
What we want to type: T_T XD McDonalds O.O
What we actually type: T_t Xd Mcdonalds o.O
I get that this filter was meant to keep players from using capital letters but it is very annoying
