So, long story short, my friend migrated his account and since he did so, he can't access his account anymore (he knows he has to use his email, this is not the problem). The point is that he is currently using an other account he renamed NRGAOS and he would like to be refunded his ''Elite'' he paid well over a couple years.

It obviously won't be as easy as this, for reasons of proof and because he isn't posting but I am looking forward for help regarding this issue.

This is called a chargeback, when this happens the server gets charged $20, the account gets a perm and you cannot be unbanned until you pay the $20 fee.
The staff don't do rank transfers, so getting this done is like a 0.000001% chance.

I don't think he was talking about a chargeback, I think he's gotten a new account and wants to transfer his rank over.
