Non-staff should be able to see important bans, such as rank scamming or hacking, as these are important in deciding wether to trust someone, but players don't really need to see how much someone has been banned for spamming or tpa killing.

There's no way they'll give us baninfo back. Not a chance in ever seeing banhistory.

You are allowed, for example, to ask us if you are promoting a new comayor, to ask us for bans relating to that in someones ban history. This also goes if you are buying a rank. Simply ask us for the banhistory IF you have good reason to know that information. Otherwise, You arent entitled to know anyone elses banhistory -1.
