Add the sonic room back, it was a great place to do drop parties, mini-events and the like. The parkour in it was nice as well. it may not really fit in with the style, but I thing the fun part of it outweighs that.
Maybe another 'hidden' sign like the 'I love meepcraft!' signs that give gold ingots, except you have to do a small parkour (maybe a reward for the sonic room parkour?) The cooldown would be 5 minutes, and you'd be teleported down to the bottom, so you can't just sit and camp it like the other two.
I know Draw My Thing is/was on the trello list. Make that a donor game?
Add clicker back, it had a surprising amount of traffic, people were sad upon it's removal.
Have some fun with slime blocks. It'd be interesting, and again may not fit with the design but be entertaining to players.
I remember the spawn before the last one and it had this casino-type thing where the items frames went in a circle, pushed the button, get three in a row and you win.... (can't think of the name but eh....) I found that very entertaining, personally.
