This one would be anywhere between 200k-400k depending on who provides materials. Here are the specifications --

3 Story House
4 plot mansion (32x32)
2 balconies
1 pool

I'll also be doing the backyard which will have 1 pool, a nice sitting area, an arrangement of flowers, and a few bushes. Let's talk in-game about the exact price and location.

Very nice builds although I'm not the biggest fan of modern even tho I can do it, but these are pretty impressive. K9 from a builders opinion I believe you should start branching out to bigger and more integrated builds http://imgur.com/a/V9ePY
