I assume if you're a survivor and use the command you turn into infected. Maybe it could be in the inventory like a ghast tear that says Cyanide and you have to hold it in your hand for 10 seconds? This is because it probably won't count as a kill when an infected almost kills the survivor, then the survivor uses the suicide command.
Or, I'm just overthinking this...
